The following method contitutes a monolitic complex of great structural resistente and a foreseen durability which is higher than the traditional systems as well as all the prefabricated systems which have been assembled through work.

As a fully sealed system, there is no possibility of leakage of fluid, therby ensuring no contamination or the presence of visible moisture.

For all the qualities and solutions indicated which have been prooved in the works that have been executed over the last 20 years, we offer you this method to apply it to the future expansion with a total guarantee of being choosing the best, so you have made an excellent decision.

The presented system is well tested and resolved, finally displacing the traditional work and a host of prefabricated building systems.

The system itself, as well as its constructive manner allows the construction of reinforced concrete niches (in situ) perfectly vibrated, resulting even impervious to liquids and gases. The seal is achieved by closing the niche with a concrete lid with expansive mortar.

The method is based on a type of modular formwork, made with polyester reinforced molds, worked as tunnel concrete; once the molds are placed, they are lined and concreted, building the niche.

The concrete used is of a characteristic resistance of fck = 250 Kg./cm2. with maximum arid of 12 Mm; the steal is of a characteristic resistance of 5100 Kf/cm2. Once the concrete is poured, and after a very careful and prolonged vibration, it starts its hardening to acquire enough consistence to remove the mold, something that can be reached after 12 to 22 hours of discharge, in normal weather conditions.

Due to the use of small arid, the good vibration and the mold’s surface quality, excellent niche walls can be reached which can result visible in the front, without demeriting the whole complex.

The mold removal is executed by hydraulic means adapted to perform the traction required to break the concrete, the ease of this de-molding process seems to be favored by the use of a suitable release agent which is ideal for this purpose.

Construction begins on a module of niches with the ground excavation by locating the building sill, that extends below a concrete cleaning performance to beginn the preparation of the concrete slab that has the particularity that in its top face has a slight slope of 1% towards the rear. Thi is because this screed work is based on the first niches floor and these should always have a slope to within 1% in order to act, if neccesary, as a deposit of all liwhids of the corpse during decomposition; these fluides are often released during a period of ten months or so and concrete can absorb them without any outward sign of moisture.

Mounted on the slab and molds for the side and rear perimeters around metal casings, all this formwork type is perfectly aligned and braced to expect the will with corrugated steel emerging from the slab that is concreted into the walls.

With the still fresh concrete, iron rods are nailed vertically to form overlap with the concreted, serving of waiting to fit the armor of the next plant. The buildings constructed in a vertical expansion joints between 8 and 10 metres wide, not thus varying the thickness of the vertical walls.

The roof may be topped with different sollutions depending on the point of view of architectural aesthetic, just as happens to the side walls. The mouths of the recesses may also be based on natural stone veneer, etc. Although its initial finishin concret is corthy enough and can be painted with plastic plaster, showing an equal finish.
